Hi there Lovely people....


      One of my Favourite past times... BAKING!!! love love love baking ... <3 here's some desserts i baked not too long ago.. and click on the links and have a go..

Baked New York Cheesecake . This is the winner, its so easy and it is sooo delicious.. However, make sure you have a couple layers of foils protecting the baking tin so the water from water bath won't get in.. or else you will have soggy cheese cake which is not very yummy.

Chocolate Fudge Icing with Dark Chocolate Cake (garnish with Fresh Raspberry)
I don't have the link for this cake since i got it from a cook book .

My very first Sticky Date Pudding with Awesomely Awesome Toffee Sauce. Ok to be honest .. this cake is not that Great, the texture of this cake is a bit dry, its more CAKEY than Puddingy.. and try to half the Spice you put in, since all i can taste is  SPICE -.-'' However.. the Toffee sauce is Yum Yum.. a lil bit too Sweet but its so yummy, and you can store it in a jar chuck it in the fridge and use it for ice cream or any dessert.. its awesome.

This is so yum .. White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake with Oreo cookie base. ... Just the Name itself sound yummy.. this is quite easy but you do need to have time.. because you will have to cook the raspberry coulie, melt the white chocolate and on and on ... but its WORTH it.. seriously.. give a go ... make sure the cheese is room temperature and its soft or else you will have lumpy cheesecake (:

The Heavenly Chocolate Mousse... if you having a dinner party , try this.. it is perfect to end the night with this cool and fluffy mousse ... However i did change the recipe for this one.. instead of using water i used strong espresso from my awesome coffee machine ;) the coffee actually makes it taste so much better .. kinda like Mocha flavour.. try it people.. tell me how you go ..
